The Team & Product
OX STREET is a digital marketplace for sneakers and luxury fashion. We have launched an MVP in October 2019 and are now very close to releasing v1 of our own product. We need to ramp-up the engineering team to continuously build and deploy improvements to the product. Check out Ox Street here.
We have an ambitious plans for the future versions of our product, including improving sneaker authentication, smarter recommendations, building our mobile apps and continuously enhancing the user interaction and experience. We would love to work with you to refine and develop these concepts further.
Our team consists of four team members in Singapore and three remote developers all from varying International backgrounds. We are looking to centralize our development in Vietnam, while concentrating our business development, marketing and operations team in Singapore.
The Role
We have an exciting opportunities for a Full-stack Javascript Developer meets Technical Lead with a special interest in consumer products and even better sneakers! Would like to join a fast-growing, learning-friendly and International startup? You will be based in Ho Chi Minh City, with opportunities for business travel to Singapore. You will be working in an interdisciplinary team of engineers with members located in Singapore and Vietnam.

What you’ll need
We are looking for a smart, ambitious full-stack Javascript developer with experience as a technical lead and a passion for building beautiful consumer interfaces. We don't really care that much about years of experience or education. What we are looking for is a few hard skills and most importantly a proven track record of exhibiting the following core values.
Hard skills and experience
Javascript strong experience with the React framework
Highly valued experience across Node.js, Express framework with Typescript, React.js with Redux, Saga and Styled components
Experience building consumer products with fast iteration, ideally market place
Some experience in an early stage environment highly preferred
