Picking the perfect time with our Tech Talents

Does everyone know the song `’99 bottles of beer '', and many programmers have turned the loops of the lyrics into a programming language. There are countless passages with enchanting chants of '99 Beer Bottles'. This is one of Python,

Judging by the number of programming languages used to convey these lyrics, I guess the software developers have a special love for beer.

In the programming community, We’ve worked hard all week and smashed all those targets so treat yourself to a drink or two, so celebrate the end of the working week with some drinks.

We don’t always get the opportunity to know more about each other well in the office environment. This makes sense as the workplace is, well, a place to work. But after work, we can socialize into our hearts’ content, there are plenty of open bars at conferences and no shortage of local happy hour get-together in the coding community.

On the occasion of the birthday of our member- Huynh, Colibri’s family had the opportunity to gather and enjoy a small party to celebrate his new age on a Happy Friday.

What better way to blow off some steam and socialize with co-workers in a warm party, right?

Work hard, play hard…

Software programming can be a high-pressure profession, meaning that developers need to be focussed. When a deadline is approaching, we might not be the most fun person to be around but we could be completely different when we’ve had a few drinks. After work drinks present the opportunity to see our workmates in a different light. In a happy Friday party, we aren’t bound by targets and deadlines, and in a relaxed setting the opportunity to really get to know each other arises.

We drink to have fun, celebrate and commiserate. Sometimes, we drink with colleagues to take the edge off a pressured week of work.

Drinking breaks down barriers

Do you think that it seemed a way to break down barriers with senior colleagues?

Yes, It could be up to the work environment and culture !!!

As I said earlier, after-work drinks allow you to see your workmates in a different light and position, but when we sit at the same table, we are friends, partners.

At Colibri, we don't mind what position you are or who you are, but surely you would always be treated respectfully, listen, and share from our members.

The sound of CHEERS breaks out all barriers.

For sure, I think it is an opportunity for someone to connect with senior developers and Tech Talent and listen to their career and life experiences.

Another benefit of the relaxed environment that after-work drinks present, it also gives you the chance to make new friends in the office. You can cultivate friendships with colleagues that can assist you with your career.

It’s fun!

Have fun and let loose but don’t do anything that will make you embarrassed to come into work on Monday morning.

A small party with a cup of beer could possibly be motivated to come up that will bring this golden state of mind, focused and yet relaxed to our software developer. There might be some motivation, but anyway: drinking is just plain relaxation.

A great Friday afternoon coding might give energy for you...
