Hiring: Intern HR & Marketing Support
We are hiring for an exciting three month internship for HR, marketing or business students who are keen to get to know the startup ecosystem

The Role
As a startup business there are many areas that you as an intern can support. We need help setting up and executing our (digital) marketing strategy, developing our supply channels into the IT community, updating our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms, representing the company at events (maybe after covid-19), translating some administrative documents etc.
A day in the life of
Start at our coworking space with coffee or breakfast event (skills/network)
Daily huddle with the founder to discuss yesterday’s update and today’s plan
Work on a specifically agreed deliverable from one of the flexible desks
Research material provided by founder and perform research online
Have lunch either at the coworking space canteen/bar or head out into D1
Continue working on your deliverable from the common breakout area
Regroup with the founder to ask questions/ help or join calls with clients
Head out for drinks/ events (not every day, but definitely part of the week)
What you’ll need
Are you a communicative, analytical, motivated student, eager to continuously learn and develop yourself?
Must haves
Cool and curious personality
Drive to learn and figure new things out
Educational background in human resource, marketing or related business programs
Good conversational and written English language skills
Experience working with Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
Nice to haves
Experience designing and managing website (using SquareSpace)
Experience with CRM tools (like Hubspot)
Knowledge of basic digital marketing principles
Network/ friends in the IT developer community
Strange and interesting hobbies you can share with us!
